Ingo, known as Nobori (ノボリ) in Japan, is a character introduced in Pokémon Black and White.

He has Grey Eyes and short Grey Hair with Sidelocks (could be depicted as Long Sideburns in some drawings). He wears a black cap, a long-sleeve High Collar black coat, a collared white shirt with a tie, gloves, a buckled belt, and Black Pants and Shoes.
