An "ordinary" girl who can't swim as well as having no desire to pursue the Twinkle Series (in contrast to other ordinary-ish girls like (Matikanetannhauser (Umamusume) or Nice Nature (Umamusume)). Hishi Miracle's trademarks are being a terrible swimmer and a lazybun to a memetic degree as well as being almost exclusively an upset winner: the real Hishi Miracle having won all of his three G1 victories while being sixth favorite at best.
