About Deirdre (Fire Emblem)

Also known as: ディアドラ

Deirdre (ディアドラ, known as Diadora in the Japanese version) is a major character from Fire Emblem: Genealogy Of The Holy War. She is the wife of Sigurd (Fire Emblem) and mother of Seliph (Fire Emblem).

Deirdre serves as the cornerstone of the game's entire plot. Some time into the adventure, Manfroy (Fire Emblem) abducts and brainwashes Deirdre, then presents her to Arvis (Fire Emblem); additionally, she is revealed to be King Azmur's long-lost granddaughter and Prince Kurth's daughter with Sigyn. Deirdre and Arvis are later married, unaware of their relation as half-siblings, and have twins together: Julius (Fire Emblem), vessel of Loptous (Fire Emblem), and Julia (Fire Emblem), vessel of Naga (Fire Emblem). Deirdre meets her end when Julius slays her with Loptous's power.

Holy Blood: Naga (Fire Emblem) (major), Loptous (Fire Emblem) (minor)
