Bloodsucker

A horrifying monster from the S.T.A.L.K.E.R. game series, the Bloodsucker is the result of years of experiments on criminal subjects, that contorted the victims into 7 foot tall, hunchbacked, clawed, lamprey-mouthed fiends, that feed as cannibals on the blood of humans they have killed.
