Becky Botsford

The main character from the PBS Kids animated series WordGirl. By day, she’s a seemingly ordinary fifth-grader who lives with her adoptive parents, Tim and Sally Botsford, and her little brother, TJ. In truth, Becky is secretly the crime-fighting superhero WordGirl—an alien from the planet Lexicon who uses her extraordinary vocabulary (and super strength) to defeat villains and promote the power of language.
