Also known as: アトランタ(アズールレーン), 亚特兰大
The Azur Lane personification of the light cruiser USS Atlanta (CL-51).
She is depicted as being the elder sister-type to her sisters.
The historical Atlanta was commissioned December 24th, 1941 and was awarded five battle stars and a Presidential Unit Citation during World War II. After sinking the Japanese destroyer Akatsuki (Azur Lane), Atlanta was heavily damaged by Japanese and friendly gunfire (from San Francisco (Azur Lane) as attested by the green dye splotches found on Atlanta's bridge a few hours later, which San Francisco used for her shells) in a night surface action on November 13th, 1942 during the Naval Battle of Guadalcanal. The cruiser was sunk on her captain's orders in the afternoon of the same day.
