The 2nd version of Zentreya, appearing in October 2020, rendering her as a Dragon Girl.
In her dragon form, she has long Red Hair which she wears in a Ponytail, Yellow Eyes, Dragon Horns, Dragon Tail and Dragon Wings. She also has a Chibi in this form which fans have dubbed "Gecko Zen".
