A character (as well as ingame unit) from Red Alert 3, a homage (or parody) of Japanese magic girls (and psychic characters). Arguably the most powerful commando unit in the game. Her real name is Matsui Yuriko, revealed in her campaign in the Uprising Expansion pack which shows that she was kidnapped by the Japanese government at a very young age to mould those with psychic talents into weapons for the Empire.
