She's the Director of Liu Association South's Section 1 and one of the few Ruina characters with a Mili (Band) theme, this being Iron Lotus.
She manifests E.G.O (Project Moon) in her second fight, which has no current confirmed name. It gives her Eastern Dragon Horns, Scales and a Chinese Armor.
It's sometimes called "Nine Children of the Dragon", from one of her passives.
