Compared with her fellow Four Fangs, her personality isn't particularly well known besides the fact she views with utmost respect to those that she sees as embodiments of "perfection" like Sonia (Fire Emblem: The Blazing Blade).
Not to be confused with Ursula (Fire Emblem: Fortune'S Weave), a character of the same name from Fire Emblem: Fortune'S Weave.
