U-1146 is a white blood cell from Hataraku Saibou. He is the dual protagonist along with the red blood cell AE-3803.
He is more specifically a neutrophil, one of the most common types of white blood cells. In the anime, neutrophils are depicted in all white with white skin and uniforms.
