A mechanical gate consisting of revolving arms, allowing only one person at a time to pass through. Can come in various forms, including rotating tripod turnstiles, waist-height and full-height revolving turnstiles, optical turnstiles, etc. Commonly found at Fare Gates and Security Checkpoints.
