His appearance is that of a slender, dark man with a Skull Mask and his oversized right arm wrapped in Bandages.
In Fate/Stay Night, he appears in the Heaven'S Feel route as the Servant of Matou Zouken.
True Name: Hassan of the Cursed Arm, one of nineteen people to hold the title of Hassan-i-Sabbah.
