A band typically of leather and/or metal that fits typically around the legs of a person. These bands are typically used to restrain the wearer by linking the cuffs together by chains or metal rods, and very frequently linked to the chastity belt. Highly associated with bondage and chastity belt. When worn, the person can't wear panties over the chastity belt because the cuffs are connected by chain.
