A backhanded, "fake polite" response addressed to someone to suggest they are not competent (or not yet competent) at whatever they are currently doing, especially Playing Games. Essentially synonymous with calling someone a "noob".
Thought to originate from the community of the Roblox game Rogue Lineage before migrating to and becoming popular via the community for The Binding Of Isaac.
