Playable character in Wuthering Waves.
Leader of the Black Shores, a research organization that has developed a Lament (disaster) prediction system. Originally, when Rover (Wuthering Waves) founded and led the Black Shores, Shorekeeper was their assistant. She was later granted leadership over the Black Shores and served as a key to the Tethys System's computations which guided the Black Shores' future activities.
Due to being a construct and not a human, Shorekeeper does not have a Tacet Mark (Wuthering Waves).
