Shidou Matagu

A friend of Kusanagi Kei in the series Onegai Teacher. Shidou Matagu is regarded as the smartest and more serious member of Kei's group of friends. Matagu ironically develops a crush on Kazami Mizuho with it later being revealed he's always dreamed of meeting an extra terrestrial (and never knowing Mizuho's true identity).
