Sagami (Dei Shirou)

Original character created by Dei Shirou. She is the personification of the Sagamihara ground control base. She guides Hayabusa and is the main point of contact from the Japanese Aerospace Exploration Agency (JAXA), the equivalent of the United States NASA.
