Rupert Dandridge

An antagonist in Wild Arms XF who murdered Clarissa Arwin's mother to obtain a powerful sword called Iskender Bey. Rupert works for the Elder Statesmen as a 'law enforcer', though he's really just a bully. Clarissa's main reason for going to the Elelsius Kingdom is to find him and retrieve the sword.
