A one-piece garment similar to a Dress, but with Shorts instead of a skirt.
In the early 1900s they were primarily worn by children as playwear, but in the 50s, 70s, and 2000s, they spread to women's fashion.
Don't use when the shorts aren't visible, since in that case it can't be distinguished from a normal dress.
