When a bare male chest has the appearance of a pubescent female chest. Visually similar to Flat Chest, often used to feminize male characters. If the character has actual female anatomy in the chest area use Male With Breasts instead.
Examples
- Puffy chest and nipple, not full breasts.
- Slight curves give the suggestion of breasts but still not female anatomy.
