Poverty Outfit

Also known as: びんぼっちゃま, 贫穷服装

An outfit based on Binbo Taizou's outfit from the series Obocchama-Kun. Due to poverty he could only own the front half of a suit, with the back composed of strings and straps holding the front on when worn.
