A coastal structure composed of raised platforms supported by piles or posts, similar to a one-ended Bridge extending out into the water.
May be used as a simple walkway, support structures over the water, or to moor Watercraft such as Ships and Boats. Commonly made of wood, but may also be made of other materials such as metal or stone.
