An anchor for Interastral Peace Media, a broadcasting corporation under the Interastral Peace Corporation. Owlbert serves as the narrator and host of version update special program livestreams and the "Keeping Up With Star Rail" series which introduces a character and their gameplay.
Owlbert also has several special appearances in Honkai: Star Rail content, including as an anchor for the Luminary Wardance story quest and in various media such as a plush doll in the light cone Before the Tutorial Mission Starts (post #8768171).
