Due to the way Kimonos are physically designed, in which they do not have discrete neck holes (forum #210062), this makes it too ambiguous to properly determine whether or not they are naturally designed with a low and wide-cut neckline akin to the other specific "off-shoulder" clothes.
Use Off Shoulder instead.
