"Big News" Morgans is a character from the manga and anime One Piece. He's a president of the "World Economy News Paper", a newspaper distributed all over the One Piece world. Even though he is a high-ranking member of the criminal underground, he also hid Vivi and Wapol when they were on the run from the World Government.
On first glance, one could think he is an avian humanoid similar to the "furries" of the Mink tribe, but he is actually a baseline human who, when he was a young child or teenager, ate the Bird-Bird Fruit, Model: Albatross, a zoan-type devil fruit which allows its user to turn into an albatross. As of now, only his hybrid form was shown in any official media, leaving his human and fully transformed form a mystery.
