Rips game CGs (primarily from Honkai Impact 3rd) before editing (crop, resize, re-composite different assets) and reposting them on Pixiv. Some images appear to be direct rips or screenshots without further modifications though.
BE EXTREMELY CAREFUL (i.e. double-check first whether they are Third-Party Edits) before uploading images from their Pixiv account.
