Labyrinth has short Blue Hair, Blue Eyes and a mole on her right cheek, wears a Maid Headdress with her product tag (Price Tag) still attached, and has a pair of Mechanical Ears (Fake Animal Ears/Cat Ears). All four of her limbs are prosthesis, Seams and Robot Joints can be seen on her limbs, her feet are Running Blades.
Her attire is a typical maid attire with detached black See-Through Sleeves, though a large Waist Bow is in front of her apron. Her Bowtie has a power button Switch. Uses Daggers in combat.
