Initially believed to be releasing in the Outfit Boutique, 2 hours prior to its release it was revealed that it would be the first 5* Outfit in the newly-revealed 'Outfit Procurement' gacha, alongside Andoris (Girls' Frontline 2)'s Midnight Whisper skin, featuring extra benefits not found with other skins. Due to the controversial nature of the skin gacha, especially regarding the monetary investment needed to guarantee skins, art made featuring this skin may reference the skin gacha directly.
