Ameko Kiyomizu (清水 雨子)
Miserable Rain Maker
An ame-onna and the stage 2 boss of the Touhou fangame concept, "Reawakening of Youkai Mountain". Her ability is causing rain to fall, but her self-appointed ability is causing miracles.
She has light Blue Skin, short, Blue Hair and wears a rain hat with a Blue Ribbon on top. She wears a blue Raincoat and an umbrella-shaped Skirt with a Raindrop Print pattern on it. She also wears rain boots and is usually seen carrying a blue Umbrella.
She is good friends with the Chimera Tsukumogami Asahi Nagashirokawa, and they can both be found frequenting a place known as the Monochrome Forest.
