The version of Bowser that appears in The Super Mario Bros. Super Show! and its sequels. He is voiced by Harvey Atkin.
He looks visibly different from Bowser's typical appearance, being a completely green koopa with a turtle-like appearance. Coincidentally or not, his appearance brings him closer to being a more reptilian version of Wart (Mario).
