Kakania is a playable character in Reverse:1999. She is an unlicensed psychiatrist living in Vienna that practices in secret. She has the ability to project someone's inner thoughts onto a mirror. She is the friend of Isolde (Reverse:1999).

She is voiced by Aiden Dawn in English and Saitou Chiwa in Japanese.
