Hootsie (Nanashi Mumei)

One of Nanashi Mumei's mascots. Debuted with her second outfit (post #5058100). A plump round eagle owl with stubby wings and a Buffering indicator on his head. Often seen being carried by Mumei in a Basket with a Green Ribbon tied to it.
