Character in Fire Emblem Heroes, introduced in Book IX.
The polar opposite of her sister Baldr (Fire Emblem Heroes), Höðr is a shy, reserved goddess sent by her master (and father) Alfaðör to apprehend Alfonse (Fire Emblem) for accused crimes against the gods. She looks up to Baldr and is desperate to please her.
