A meme outfit consisting of a Turtleneck Leotard made of a ribbed material resembling a Sweater. The outfit is sold by Uniqlo and is made of HeatTech, a thin material designed to wick away moisture and hold body heat. The outfit comes in red, black, or grey.
The leotards worn by the Shadaloo Dolls in Street Fighter are visually similar but unrelated.
