A character from the Wrath IF and Sloth IF spin-offs of Re:Zero Kara Hajimeru Isekai Seikatsu. He's the subordinate of Natsuki Subaru in the former and the neighbor of Subaru and Rem (Re:Zero) in the latter. He has not made an official debut in the main series.
Halibel is a wolf human with long black fur who wears a Kimono and often shown smoking a Kiseru.
