Freeman is a character from the Fatal Fury series, debuting in Garou: Mark Of The Wolves. He is a British serial killer who stalked the streets of South Town, a macabre individual who attacks with rending claw strikes and slashes. He is listed as the prime suspect in the murder of Kevin Rian's partner on the police force. In his ending in Garou: Mark of the Wolves, Freeman was shot by a police sniper, but his body was never found.
