One of the main characters in Kobayashi-San Chi No Maidragon. A cheerful sea Dragon who takes her refuge in the human world under the guise of a serious Office Lady under the name Inoue Elma.
In her Dragon Girl form, she has a short black Gradient Hair that transitioned into purple at the tip. She has Parted Bangs where her large Single Horn were located. She wears a Black Leotard under her short purple Kimono and a Brown Scarf. She also wields a Trident as her weapon.
