Resembles a purple Balloon. Has Solid Oval Eyes with a yellow X (Symbol) between them, a cloud-like tuft atop its head, and two string-like arms with yellow, Heart-shaped hands. It has been known to steal children that mistake it for a regular balloon.
Evolves into Drifblim.
