A character from the Strider (Game) franchise. It appears in the original Strider arcade videogame from 1989 as well as the Marvel Vs. Capcom series of fighting games released years later.
The Dipodal Saucer (also known as Option A) is a small mushroom shaped type of floating combat Robot with two legs that helps the main character Strider Hiryuu during his quest. These robots are very maneuverable and move very fast, can generate energy rings which obliterate the enemies and have a minimal hovering capacity thanks to their micro antigravity generators.
