A world where, following surrender terms more favorable to Japan at the end of World War II, the Great Empire of Japan continues to exist in a peaceful world——— In the Imperial Japanese Navy of this world, humaniform machines called command computers exist to control combat machinery such as ships and fighters. In Jinmu era 2664 (A.D. 2004), a humaniform computer named Ouka assumes comand of the combined fleet as its admiral.
