Chuchu is a female Pikachu with prominent eyelids and a flower on her head.
She is one of Yellow (Pokemon)'s Pokémon in the manga Pokémon Adventures.
In the Gold, Silver & Crystal chapter, she and Pika (Pokemon) breed a Pichu, Pibu (Pokemon).
