Main protagonist of Soukou Kihei Votoms. Chirico is a blue-haired Melkian soldier who uncovers a conspiracy related to the PS (Perfect Soldier) Project, and becomes a wanted man for it despite knowing next to nothing. He is a quiet man, almost always seen in orange jumpers, the pilot's suit for the Scopedog.
