A playable character in Zenless Zone Zero. An Intelligent Construct designed for combat, Billy is a former Champion of the Outer Ring who currently spends his days working with the Cunning Hares faction.
He has short White Hair and glowing Yellow Eyes. His attire consists of a red Cropped Jacket, Black Pants with a large Studded Belt and Chain, a Thigh Pouch, a Single Knee Pad, and Black Shoes. In combat he dual wields a pair of revolvers.
Voiced by Chen Runqiu (CN), Yū Hayashi (JP), and Clifford Chaplin (EN).
