Also known as: 三轮小拖车
A portmanteau of automobile and Motorcycle. It is a US legal term referring to Three-Wheelers that feature car-like steering, car-like passenger seating, and some degree of passenger compartment. In the US they can not legally be classified a car, but a classification was needed to cover car-like three-wheelers that are different from motorcycle-like three-wheelers.
