Primary antagonist from the classic Mega Man series, full name Albert W. Wily.
Revolted against Dr. Light (Mega Man), once his colleague, and plotted against Mega Man (Character) and the world ever since. Among his machinations include kidnapping, fabrication of evidence, impersonation and virus manufacture.
He's responsible for creating several machines and robots, including Bass (Mega Man), Treble (Mega Man), and eventually, Zero (Mega Man).
