The Red Cloak, a spirit from Japanese urban legend.
A masked spirit wearing a red cloak haunts public bathrooms, asking occupants of stalls a question. Typically, the Red Cloak reaches under the stall and asks if the occupant would like a red item or blue item (such as Toilet Paper). Choosing either option (or choosing a different color) results in the occupant's death; the only correct answer is to refuse to answer and run away.
