A prototype Pokémon from Pokémon Ruby and Sapphire conceived as a potential Water-type starter, a position which instead went to Mudkip. It is an anthropomorphic Rabbit-like creature carrying an Innertube. It was leaked in the 2024 Pokémon teraleak.
