It's a Halloween Costume, in cat theme, consisting of an orange-and-black layered Off-Shoulder Dress with a Detached Collar, a snap-fit Thigh Strap, a singular orange thighhigh, and black Boots. She has a set of fake Cat Ears, Jack-O'-Lantern Earrings, under-rim eyewear, multiple Cat Tails and cat Paw Gloves.
