Azur Lane personification of the Atlanta-class light cruiser USS San Diego (CL-53), the second ship to carry the name.
She has red Twintails and Blue Eyes and Large Breasts. Her personality is exceedingly air-headed and ditzy, often forgetting information that was recently given to her and being more concerned with having fun.
San Diego is notorious among the fanbase for being the most common Super-Rare drop, a reputation similar to Kantai Collection's Naka (Kancolle). She has developed a so-called "cult", dedicated to spreading her message of how she is Number One. However her Retrofit (the first one given to an SSR/Super Rare ship) has improved her to the point where "Number One" is unironic even outside of Anti-Air (which she always excelled at).
One of her quotes is related to American Shengdiyage's Chinese fertiliser Jinkela.
